On the edge of Amersfoort's historic city center, in the beautiful Muurhuizen area, Pakhuys 1892 is being given a new lease on life. The impressive warehouse from 1892, once used for tobacco, is being transformed into a modern residential complex with 9 industrial-style apartments. Next to the warehouse, a monumental house is being developed with 5 spacious apartments, including a charming maisonette.
